Own the end-to-end supply chain for a US e-commerce brand with 340+ Amazon listings. You will manage supplier relationships, coordinate factory production schedules, oversee quality control, and ensure on-time delivery to Amazon FBA warehouses worldwide. This role sits at the heart of our operations — where sourcing meets execution.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of supply chain or operations management experience, preferably in consumer goods or e-commerce
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA inbound workflows
- Strong understanding of international freight (ocean, air, courier) and Incoterms
- Proven ability to manage multiple suppliers and negotiate commercial terms
- Proficiency with inventory planning tools or ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills — comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and data-driven decisions
- Experience with product compliance and import/export documentation
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Willingness to travel to factories and warehouses as needed
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, lean team environment
